Manager Dienstverlening - Tijdelijke invulling Boshuis, Padua Wie ben jij en wat ga je doen Wij zoeken een zelfstandige interim professional (ZZP'er) voor de tijdelijke invulling van de functie Manager Dienstverlening . De opdracht heeft als doel de continuïteit van de dagelijkse facilitaire dienstverlening te waarborgen. De opdracht start bij voorkeur 1 oktober 2026 en heeft een looptijd van vier maanden . Een eerdere startdatum is bespreekbaar indien beschikbaarheid dit toelaat. 4. Verbeteringen en overdracht - Voortzetten van lopende initiatieven, projecten en verbetertrajecten. - Signaleren van risico's, kansen en verbeterpunten binnen de dienstverlening. - Zorgdragen voor een goede overdracht aan de toekomstige vaste Manager Dienstverlening. Wat kun je van ons verwachten - Startdatum: bij voorkeur 1 oktober 2026, eerder mogelijk - Looptijd: 4 maanden - Inzet: nader overeen te komen (indicatief 32-36 uur per week) - Locaties: Boshuis en Padua - Doel: borgen van continuïteit en dagelijkse aansturing in afwachting van structurele invulling van de functie Jouw kennis en vaardigheden - Een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur Facility Management of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring als manager binnen een facilitaire of dienstverlenende omgeving. - Ervaring met het aansturen van meerdere teams en uiteenlopende facilitaire disciplines. - Ervaring binnen de zorgsector of een vergelijkbare maatschappelijke organisatie is een sterke pré. - Kennis van verzuimbegeleiding, bedrijfsvoering, budgetbeheer en projectmatig werken. - Sterke communicatieve, verbindende en organisatorische vaardigheden. - Vermogen om snel overzicht te creëren en prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
