Als Manager Digital Port Performance Analytics geef je hiërarchisch leiding aan het Port Performance Analytics-team van 5 tot 8 medewerkers. Je combineert strategisch leiderschap met realisatiekracht en vertaalt data en analytics naar concrete waarde voor de organisatie. - Ontwikkelen en bewaken van de visie op analytics binnen Port Performance en vertalen van prioriteiten naar prestatie-indicatoren - Realiseren en doorontwikkelen van analytics-oplossingen, waaronder dashboards, cockpits en voorspellende modellen - Adviseren van interne stakeholders over performancevraagstukken en versterken van organisatiebrede samenwerking - Coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleden en bouwen aan een hoog presterend analytics-team - Aansturen van externe partners en leveranciers op inhoudelijke kwaliteit, kennisborging en resultaten Een uitgebreider functieprofiel en meer achtergrondinformatie over de organisatie en afdeling is voorhanden. Wat neem je mee? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een data- of digitaliseringsgerelateerde richting - Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen supply chain, digitalisering, performance management en/of data-analyse in een vergelijkbaar complexe omgeving - Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring met het aansturen van een analytics-team en ontwikkelen van professionals - Aantoonbare ervaring met datagedreven performance dashboards en cockpits en het vertalen van strategische vraagstukken naar datamodellen en prestatie-indicatoren - Sterk stakeholdermanag...
