Au sein du groupe Hubo, nous lançons un tout nouveau concept DIY en Belgique : des méga-magasins d'au moins 8 000 m² avec un service drive-in séparé (10 000 m²), destinés à la fois aux particuliers et aux professionnels. Notre objectif est de devenir la référence pour tous ceux qui souhaitent réaliser des projets d'envergure, qu'il s'agisse de rénover un grenier ou d'aménager entièrement un jardin.

Avec ce concept innovant, nous combinons l'ADN familier du bricolage avec une échelle et un service uniques. Notre formule drive-in permet aux clients de charger rapidement et efficacement leur matériel, tandis que notre vaste assortiment garantit tout sous un même toit, ouvert 7 jours sur 7 pendant la journée.

Nos premiers magasins ouvriront bientôt à Machelen et à Sint-Pieters-Leeuw. Avec une équipe motivée, nous y créons un environnement inspirant et orienté vers le client, où les clients B2B et B2C peuvent bénéficier de conseils professionnels, de produits de qualité et d'une expérience d'achat fluide.

Nous recherchons un(e) Drive-In Manager motivé(e) pour notre site à Machelen.

Qu'allez-vous faire?

En tant que Drive-in Manager, vous êtes responsable du fonctionnement quotidien de notre nouveau drive-in DIY. Vous dirigez votre équipe de collaborateurs avec enthousiasme, vous veillez à offrir un service efficace et orienté client tout en surveillant les résultats commerciaux du drive-in. Vous êtes le moteur d'une organisation performante, d'une offre de produits attrayante et d'une excellente expérience client.

Vos tâches comprennent

  • Diriger, encadrer et motiver l'équipe du Drive-in.
  • Organiser toutes les activités opérationnelles du drive-in (gestion des stocks, réception des marchandises, livraisons, gestion de la caisse).
  • Analyser les chiffres de vente et les KPI et apporter des ajustements si nécessaire.
  • Collaborer avec les services achats, logistique et marketing pour mettre en place des promotions et des actions commerciales.
  • Veiller à ce que l'environnement soit sûr, propre et inspirant, car la sécurité au travail est pour vous une priorité.
  • Assurer une planification du personnel et une formation des employés optimales.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Store Manager, le COO et le Directeur du magasin, à qui vous rendez également compte.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier ou de master ou d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail, de préférence dans le domaine du bricolage, du jardinage ou de la construction. Une expérience pratique dans un drive-in est un atout.
  • Vous êtes un(e) gestionnaire de personnel né(e) et savez inspirer vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous avez un sens aigu du commerce et travaillez dans une optique de résultats.
  • Vous disposez de solides compétences organisationnelles et gardez une vue d'ensemble, même pendant les périodes de forte activité.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion des stocks, les systèmes ERP et Excel.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français.
  • Vous êtes très pratique et n'hésitez pas à donner un coup de main au Drive-In lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde.
  • Vous travaillez sans problème à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de notre drive-in, ouvert 7 jours sur 7 pendant la journée.
