Drivers & Fleet Manager - Boxmeer (NL) - Drivers & Fleet Are you ready to make a difference in a role where you'll be responsible for the future of our fleet and the development of our drivers? Apply directly As Manager Drivers & Fleet at VTS, you'll be responsible for one of the most visible parts of our organisation. You'll lead our team of drivers, manage the in-house garage and ensure we have a modern and specialised fleet that operates daily within the pharmaceutical logistics sector. This is equipment we are proud of and treat with great care. You are closely involved in day-to-day operations and understand what it takes to maintain high standards in terms of people, equipment and performance. You know how to build support on the shop floor, are approachable to drivers and mechanics, and are able to engage even the most experienced professionals in changes and improvements. This role is not just about today. You look ahead, translate data into concrete improvements and are responsible for the further development of our fleet, our people and our working methods. Together with your team, you ensure that our vehicles are safe, reliable and optimally available. At the same time, you'll be building a strong team of drivers where commitment, professionalism and a sense of ownership are key.
