Manager - Divisie Maatschappelijk & Specialistisch - Regio West-Friesland In West-Friesland is de ambulante GGZ volop in beweging. Als manager geef je richting aan teams, creëert ruimte voor goed vakmanschap en beweegt mee met de ontwikkelingen binnen de ambulante GGZ. Voor 36 uur per week zoeken we een manager die verbinding maakt, overzicht houdt en samen met collega's verder bouwt aan de ontwikkeling van de zorg. Waar ga je werken? GGZ Noord-Noord-Holland is landelijk koploper in de vernieuwing van de geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Binnen de divisie Maatschappelijk & Specialistisch (M&S) zijn we volop in beweging en werken we aan de verdere doorontwikkeling van onze ambulante GGZ. We bouwen aan een zorgaanbod waarin verschillende expertises elkaar versterken, teams elkaar opzoeken en we steeds kijken hoe we zorg passend en dicht bij de cliënt kunnen organiseren. De komende periode vraagt om nieuwe ideeën, goede samenwerking en de ruimte om samen te kijken wat beter kan. Je werkgebied is West-Friesland. Een regio met vijf ambulante GGZ-teams en twee gespecialiseerde regioteams voor onder andere persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, eetstoornissen, ADHD en ouderenpsychiatrie. De teams werken vanuit verschillende gemeenten, ieder met hun eigen dynamiek en uitdagingen. Juist daarom zijn korte lijnen, goede samenwerking en verbinding met huisartsen, gemeenten en andere ketenpartners belangrijk. Je komt terecht in een betrokken omgeving waarin ruimte is om mee te denken, te ontwikkelen en samen te zoeken naar wat beter kan. De teams staan dicht bij de cliënt en werken ieder vanuit hun eigen kracht, maar zoeken elkaar actief op wanneer dat nodig is. Wat ga je doen? Als manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de teams in West-Friesland. Je zorgt voor een goede bedrijfsvoering, houdt overzicht en bent aanspreekpunt bij dagelijkse vraagstukken en knelpunten. Samen zorgen jullie voor een goede verbinding tussen de vers...
