Als Manager M&O geef je richting aan de ontwikkeling van ons M&O-team en ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor de directie en leidinggevenden. Je zorgt ervoor dat goede ideeën en afspraken ook echt in de praktijk gebracht worden. Daarbij houd je oog voor de mensen die het werk doen én voor wat de organisatie nodig heeft om haar missie waar te maken. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is strategische personeelsplanning. Welke mensen, kennis en competenties hebben we nodig? Hoe werven, behouden en ontwikkelen we talent? Welk talent heeft potentie om de leiders van morgen te worden en hoe kunnen onze leidinggevende het maximale uit hun teamleden halen. Hoe stimuleren we elkaar om fit en duurzaam inzetbaar te blijven?
