Voor een internationaal technologiebedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een Manager Electrical Engineering. Je komt terecht in een innovatief en sterk groeiend bedrijf waar kwaliteit, technologie en samenwerking centraal staan. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert hoogtechnologische en geautomatiseerde systemen voor industriële klanten wereldwijd en combineert hierbij de slagkracht van een internationale groep met de wendbaarheid van een lokaal verankerde cultuur. Je start onmiddellijk met een vast contract van onbepaalde duur en kan rekenen op de nodige ondersteuning en groeikansen in je job.

Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Electrical Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en verder ontwikkelen van een team van electrical engineers. Je bouwt mee aan een sterk en goed samenwerkend team waarin structuur, kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan. Samen werken jullie aan het uittekenen van elektrische en pneumatische schema’s en zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking met andere interne afdelingen zoals project management en productie.

Je combineert een coachende rol met een sterke operationele betrokkenheid en bewaakt de prioriteiten, werkverdeling en algemene flow binnen het team. In een dynamische omgeving zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en kwalitatief worden opgevolgd.

Daarnaast sta je in voor de planning en organisatie van het team, ondersteun je bij technische vraagstukken en bewaak je een uniforme werkwijze binnen het ontwerpproces. Je volgt de voortgang en kwaliteit op, stimuleert continue verbetering en zorgt voor kennisdeling en groei binnen het team. Tot slot werk je nauw samen met de andere engineering teamleads en rapporteer je aan de Head of Engineering.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger ingenierus diploma en hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen Electrical Engineering.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol is een sterke plus, maar geen noodzakelijke vereiste.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van EPLAN en eBuild en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je combineert structuur, sterke communicatie en besluitvaardigheid met een coachende leiderschapsstijl.
  • Je neemt initiatief met een sterke focus op automatisering en efficiëntieverbetering van de dienst.
  • Je werkt planmatig en procesmatig en behoudt overzicht binnen een projectomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
