De gevraagde kandidaat brengt een HBO of HBO+ technische achtergrond mee en kan techniek vertalen naar organisatiedoelstellingen. De Manager Engineering houdt overzicht over personele planning, ontwikkeling en performance en stemt werkzaamheden af met ondersteunende specialisten binnen de organisatie. Er is voldoende technische ondersteuning beschikbaar zodat de rol zich kan richten op aansturing, coaching en het optimaliseren van werkprocessen.
