Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Engineering, Inkoop & Werkvoorbereiding zorg jij ervoor dat ideeën niet op de tekentafel blijven liggen, maar worden vertaald naar maakbare en succesvolle producten. Je geeft leiding aan een team van engineers, werkvoorbereiders en inkopers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen, processen goed zijn ingericht en klanten kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid. Daarnaast speel je als MT-lid een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van VDL Wientjes Emmen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van je team - Het opstellen en realiseren van afdelingsdoelstellingen en KPI's - Het initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten - Het bewaken van planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit, kosten en levertijden - Het verder standaardiseren en verbeteren van werkprocessen - Het samenwerken met collega's van productie, verkoop en management - Het bijdragen aan de strategische koers van d...
