  • Je waakt over veilige en optimale werkomstandigheden en zorgt voor de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten.
  • Je stelt budgetten op, volgt deze op en stuurt bij waar nodig om binnen de afgesproken financiële kaders te blijven.
  • Je definieert en volgt productie-KPI's op en neemt corrigerende acties om de vooropgestelde resultaten te behalen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de materiaalstromen om een vlot en efficiënt productieproces te garanderen.
  • Je analyseert productiedata, identificeert verbeterkansen en implementeert procesoptimalisaties.
  • Je speelt een sleutelrol in change management en begeleidt verbeteringen en veranderingen binnen je team.
  • Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor verschillende afdelingen die in contact staan met productie.

  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Plannen en organiseren liggen je goed, waardoor je structuur brengt in de dagelijkse drukte.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan ook probleemloos schakelen naar het Frans en Engels met collega's.
