In deze rol combineer je jouw kennis van staalconstructies met het aansturen en ontwikkelen van een engineeringteam. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten voor de industrie, petrochemie en energiesector en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen efficiënt, maakbaar en toekomstbestendig worden uitgewerkt. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Engineering Staalbouw geef je leiding aan het engineeringteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, voortgang en technische inhoud van uiteenlopende staalbouwprojecten. Je begeleidt tekenaars en engineers, bewaakt planningen en budgetten en zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen optimaal aansluiten op productie en montage. Daarnaast fungeer je als technisch sparringpartner voor projectleiding, uitvoering en opdrachtgevers. Met jouw ervaring weet je complexe staalconstructies te vertalen naar slimme, efficiënte en uitvoerbare oplossingen.
