Je adviseert over belangenconflicten en vertaalt regelgeving naar praktische richtlijnen voor de organisatie. Wat ga je doen - Ondersteunen van ontwerp, implementatie en uitvoering van beleid en kaders op het gebied van ethiek en onafhankelijkheid - Adviseren over onafhankelijkheid en belangenconflicten - Vertalen van regelgeving naar praktische richtlijnen - Samenwerken met projectteams en senior stakeholders aan systemen en processen - Initieren van risicobeoordelingen en bijdragen aan monitoring en kwaliteitsborging - Ontwikkelen van beleid, procedures en trainingen Wat je meebrengt - WO werk- en denkniveau met afgeronde masteropleiding economie of rechten - Minimaal 6 jaar relevante werkervaring in ethiek, onafhankelijkheid en compliance - Kennis van accountancyregelgeving (Verordening onafhankelijkheid, VGBA, IESBA Code of Ethics) - Vermogen om complexe regelgeving te interpreteren en naar praktische oplossingen te vertalen - Affiniteit met technologie en systemen voor procesverbetering - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in Nederlands en Engels Wat je krijgt - Salaris passend bij functie en ervaring - Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via deeltijdstudie, BDO Academie, Goodhabitz of interne cursussen - Mobiliteitsbudget - Pensioenregeling bij Nationale Nederlanden met 2% eigen bijdrage en nabestaandenpensioen - 22 vakantiedagen en 10 flexdagen per jaar, met mogelijkheid extra flexdagen te kopen Samenvatting door Personeel.com.
