Daarom zoeken we iemand die in Nederland aanwezig is, snel kan schakelen, verantwoordelijkheid pakt en ervoor zorgt dat zaken daadwerkelijk worden afgerond. We zoeken geen klassieke corporate manager, maar iemand met energie, ownership en sterke executiekracht. De rol Je combineert lokale operatie, stakeholdermanagement en probleemoplossing . Je bent zichtbaar op onze locaties, houdt overzicht over wat er speelt en zorgt dat operationele, praktische en externe zaken niet onnodig bij Founder, CEO of COO terechtkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met YOUNG Holding en met de managementteams van onder andere YOUNG Hospitality, YOUNG Real Estate en YOUNG Workspaces. Wat ga je doen? - Operationele vraagstukken in Nederland coördineren en oplossen. - Regelmatig onze locaties bezoeken en bewaken dat afspraken, kwaliteit en uitstraling daadwerkelijk worden uitgevoerd. - Fungeren als lokaal aanspreekpunt en verlengstuk van YOUNG Holding. - Contact onderhouden met notarissen, advocaten, gemeenten, vergunningverleners, banken, leveranciers, aannemers, vastgoedpartijen en andere stakeholders. - Vergunningen, contractuele trajecten, verbouwingen en lokale administratieve zaken opvo...
