Hoogweg Paprikakwekerijen B.V. Luttelgeest - - 40 uur - HBO Manager Facilitaire Zaken in Luttelgeest Manager Facilitaire Zaken Zorg jij ervoor dat alles klopt? Een terrein van ruim 300 hectare. Twintig kassen, vier verwerkingshallen, 21 kantines, kantoren, vergaderruimtes én huisvesting voor zo'n 600 medewerkers. Genoeg te organiseren dus. Daarom zoeken we iemand die overzicht houdt wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt. Iemand die vooruitdenkt, prioriteiten stelt en ervoor zorgt dat mensen én faciliteiten goed functioneren. Jouw rol Als Manager Facilitaire Zaken zorg jij ervoor dat onze locaties in Luttelgeest, Marknesse en Nootdorp prettig, veilig en goed georganiseerd zijn. Van gebouwen en buitenterreinen tot medewerkershuisvesting: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat zaken geregeld worden. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan het team groenvoorziening, het schoonmaakteam en de huismeesters op onze huisvestingslocaties. Daarbij gaat het jou niet alleen om een goede planning. Je weet mensen mee te nemen, geeft duidelijkheid en helpt medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf en elkaar te halen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelf verbeteringen te signaleren én door te voeren. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationeel directeur. Wat je gaat doen Je geeft richting aan het team : Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en waarom. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, stelt prioriteiten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je laat mensen groeien : je bent een betrokken leidinggevende die oog heeft voor talent. Je coacht medewerkers, stimuleert ontwikkeling en bouwt aan een team waarin duidelijkheid, vertrouwen, samenwerking én werkplezier centraal staan.
