Location Almere ONZE IDEALE KANDIDAAT - Proven knowledge of and experience with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is a hard requirement. You have experience with risk assessments (RI&E), inspections, contractor safety management, corrective action plans and ensuring on-site regulatory compliance; - You have a bachelor's level of thinking and working, for example in Facility Management, Building Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management; - You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role as (Senior) Facility Manager, preferably in a distribution centre, warehouse or production environment; - You have experience with facility construction and fit-out projects, preventive maintenance and repair management; - You take ownership of compliance, QSHE and audits, and ensure a safe and compliant operation; - You have knowledge of warehouse layout and design and think in terms of LEAN principles and operational best practices; - You can manage budgets, make sound judgements on what needs to be repaired or replaced, and nego...
