Wat ga je doen? Jij bent een leidinggevende die het liefst tussen de collega's op de werkvloer staat. Door mee te draaien in de praktijk signaleer je precies waar knelpunten liggen. Vanuit die basis realiseer je geleidelijke verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Je hanteert een duidelijke, eerlijke aanpak: geen autoritair gedrag, maar wel duidelijke kaders. Je voert opbouwende dialogen, stuurt bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt en begeleidt vernieuwingen zonder onnodige frictie. In de functie van Manager van de stalling in Den Bosch ben je tijdelijk eveneens verantwoordelijk voor de HUB-vestiging in Heeze. Op beide plekken fungeer jij als het rotsvaste aanspreekpunt dat de continuïteit garandeert. Jouw taken als Manager: - Aansturen & meewerken: Samen met je collega's de werkvloer op om de dagelijkse diensten soepel te laten verlopen. - Mensen & gesprekken: Voeren van periodieke voortgangs-, ziekteverzuim- en beoordelingsgesprekken. - Planning & structuur: Opstellen van werkroosters en toezien op het naleven van interne afspraken. - Cultuur & samenwerking: Weerstand omzetten in draagvlak, samenhorigheid stimuleren en stabiliteit creëren op de locatie. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een daadkrachtige Manager met een sterk inlevingsvermogen en een lange adem. Je laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan en weet hoe je een doorgewinterde groep medewerkers motiveert. Vanwege de ruime openstelling van de accommodatie ben je flexibel inzetbaar en regelmatig aanwezig tijdens de diverse shifts. Gezien deze wisselende werktijden woon je in de nabije omgeving van Den Bosch.
