Acture groeit hard en dat vraagt om een finance-organisatie die meegroeit. Als Manager Finance ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van de groep en speel je een sleutelrol in de besluitvorming van management en directie. Je stuurt een ervaren team van circa 15 professionals aan en werkt direct voor de CFO. Vragen over deze vacature? Acture is gespecialiseerd in vitaliteit, verzuim en verzekeringen: het adviseren van werkgevers op het gebied van medewerkerswelzijn en het aanbieden van daaraan gerelateerde producten en diensten. Dat maakt de financiële kant complex, met circa vijftien entiteiten en tientallen factuurstromen, verdeeld over Nederland, Duitsland en Denemarken. Daar komt bij dat Acture groeit door acquisities, in Nederland en daarbuiten, dus er komen met regelmaat nieuwe entiteiten en administraties bij die jij laat landen in de bestaande structuur. Jij zorgt dat die basis klopt en blijft kloppen. Precies daarom is de rol inhoudelijk interessant: je kunt je hier echt in het vak verdiepen en je analyses en adviezen vormen de basis voor investeringsbeslissingen en strategische keuzes. Concreet betekent dit dat jij: - Leiding geeft aan het team op finance, dagloon, creditmanagement en salarisadministratie. Een ervaren groep die graag betrokken wordt bij de koers. - Label overstijgend verantwoordelijk bent voor een juiste, tijdige en volledige financiële administratie en voor de opzet en werking van de AO/IC. - Zorgt voor de tijdige oplevering van de kolommenbalans, de aangiften en de enkelvou...
