Als Manager Finance & Concerncontrol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële functie in de volle breedte. Je bent financieel eindverantwoordelijk en geeft leiding aan de medewerkers van de financiële administratie, financial control en business control, evenals aan de informatiemanager, BI-specialist en data-analist. Wat je doet Je geeft richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de financiële functie, met oog voor wat goed gaat en aandacht voor wat verder kan worden versterkt. Je stuurt op een goede financiële basis, met een betrouwbare en tijdige administratie, een beheerst afsluitproces, betrouwbare balansdossiers en adequate interne controles. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de jaarrekening en accountantscontrole goed verlopen en dat wet- en regelgeving worden nageleefd. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling naar een meer toekomstgerichte financiële functie, die niet alleen inzicht geeft in wat er is gebeurd, maar ook vooruitkijkt, adviseert en bijdraagt aan onderbouwde keuzes. Je stimuleert de verdere ontwikkeling van integrale stuurinformatie, scenarioanalyses en de benutting van stelselkennis, data en AI. Zodat er beter kan worden ingespeeld op ontwikkelingen en Finance de organisatie steeds beter kan ondersteunen bij haar sturing en besluitvorming. Wat ga je doen? Leidinggeven: je geeft leiding aan de financiële administratie, financial control, business control, informatiemanager, BI-specialist en data-analist. Daarbij zorg je voor een goede samenhang tussen finance, data, informatievoorziening en IT en stimuleer je de onderlinge samenwerking met heldere verantwoordelijkheden, eigenaarschap en ruimte voor ontwikkeling. Strategisch adviseren: je ondersteunt de Raad van Bestuur en het management bij investeringen, businesscases en strategische keuzes. Je biedt onafhankelijk advies en maakt financiële consequenties en risico’s inzichtelijk. Financiële basis borgen: je bent verantwoordelijk voor een juiste en tijdige administratie, betrouwbare

financiële rapportages, maand- en jaarafsluitingen, de jaarrekening, accountantscontrole en interne beheersing. Vooruitkijkende sturing ontwikkelen: je voert regie op begrotingen, meerjarenramingen en forecasts en ontwikkelt de integrale informatievoorziening verder. Je vertaalt financiële, operationele en externe ontwikkelingen, zoals veranderingen in zorgstelsels en bekostiging, vroegtijdig naar scenario’s, risico’s en mogelijkheden om bij te sturen. Control en risicomanagement verbinden: je zorgt voor samenhang tussen strategie, planning & control, interne beheersing, compliance en risicomanagement, met aandacht voor effectieve beheersing zonder onnodige bureaucratie. Data en technologie benutten: je stimuleert de inzet van dashboards, data-analyse, forecasting en AI om de kwaliteit van stuurinformatie te verbeteren en processen slimmer in te richten.
