Iemand die structuur aanbrengt, eigenaarschap stimuleert en de organisatie helpt om verder te professionaliseren. Functieomschrijving Als Manager Finance & Control ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling van Finance & Control binnen Eduvier. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare financiële informatie, een stevige planning- en control cyclus en heldere financiële sturing. Daarbij geef je niet alleen richting, maar pak je waar nodig ook zelf inhoudelijke werkzaamheden op. Je bent sparringpartner voor het College van Bestuur, de schooldirecteuren en de controller. Daarnaast stuur je het financiële team en de centrale leerling administratie aan en voer je regie op het externe administratiekantoor. Eduvier heeft een warme en betrokken cultuur, waarin mensen graag met elkaar samenwerken. De organisatie staat voor een mooie volgende stap in de verdere professionalisering van Finance & Control. Jij brengt hierin richting en structuur, stelt duidelijke prioriteiten en zorgt samen met het team dat ambities worden omgezet in resultaat. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Versterken van de planning- en control cyclus; • Zelf opstellen en analyseren van begrotingen, rapportages en financiële analyses; • Adviseren van bestuur en schooldirecteuren; • Aansturen en ontwikkelen van het financiële team en de centrale leerling administratie; • Regie voeren op het administratiekantoor en de accountant; • Verbeteren van financiële processen en systemen; • Bewaken van financiële kaders en risico's; • Zelfstandig bijdragen aan en waar nodig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden rond formatie, jaarrekening en financiële projecten.
