Als Manager Financiën, ICT en Facilitair zorg je met je teams dat de bedrijfsvoering op deze pijlers dusdanig functioneert dat de organisatie optimaal ondersteund wordt. Het primair proces en bedrijfsvoering moeten zo aan elkaar zijn verbonden en op elkaar zijn afgestemd dat de organisatie de beste kinderopvang kan bieden en dat de beste balans tussen kosten en opbrengsten wordt gerealiseerd altijd in samenhang met de andere afdelingen. De Manager Financiën, ICT en Facilitair is verantwoordelijk voor de integrale aansturing, ontwikkeling en borging van de financiële functie en de ondersteunende bedrijfsvoering binnen de organisatie. Vanuit deze brede verantwoordelijkheid levert de manager een strategische bijdrage aan duurzame financiële gezondheid, toekomstbestendige bedrijfsvoering en innovatie van processen, systemen en dienstverlening. De Manager Financiën, ICT en Facilitair fungeert nadrukkelijk ook als business controller: kritische sparringpartner van de directeur-bestuurder en het managementteam en verbindende schakel tussen strategie, operatie, financiën en bedrijfsvoering. De manager draagt zorg voor een integere, transparante en governance-proof inrichting van de financiële functie Facilitair, Huisvesting en ICT. De Manager Financiën, ICT en Facilitair geeft richting aan de ontwikkeling van professionals en teams binnen de bedrijfsvoering en draagt bij aan een lerende, resultaatgerichte en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Vanuit deze rol draagt de manager mede verantwoordelijkheid voor de integrale bedrijfsvoering en strategische ontwikkeling van de organisatie.
