Bij Quadrant kunnen kinderen zich in een veilige, duurzame omgeving en binnen een pedagogisch verantwoorde visie ontwikkelen en hun talenten ontdekken. Respectvolle samenwerking tussen kinderen, ouders en medewerkers staat hoog in het vaandel. Quadrant Kindercentra is een maatschappelijke organisatie, eventuele winst vloeit terug in de organisatie om kwaliteit en innovatie te waarborgen. De ambitie omvat vijf thema's: pedagogische kwaliteit, samenwerking, toegankelijkheid, duurzaamheid en goed werkgeverschap. Quadrant groeit snel waardoor de organisatie zich de komende jaren gesteld ziet voor mooie uitdagingen op het gebied van personeel, huisvesting, kwaliteit en daaraan gekoppeld het op orde krijgen van de interne organisatie. Quadrant biedt opvang aan 7200 kinderen, er werken 550 medewerkers verdeeld over 45 locaties. De sector staat voor een aantal uitdagingen: krapte op de arbeidsmarkt, mogelijk nagenoeg gratis kinderopvang in 2029, groeiende vraag, de ontwikkeling van Integrale Kindcentra, bereikbaarheid voor alle kinderen, toenemende concurrentie en bezuinigingen bij gemeenten. Quadrant is een financieel gezonde organisatie. De organisatie wordt aangestuurd door een directeur-bestuurder. Het MT bestaat momenteel uit een managers Primair Proces, een manager Pedagogiek & Kwaliteit, een manager Mens & Organisatie en een Manager Financiën, ICT en Facilitair.
