De financiële sector is volop in beweging. Nieuwe fiscale wet- en regelgeving, veranderende toezichtverwachtingen, internationale herstructureringen, transacties, duurzame investeringen en technologische ontwikkelingen zorgen voor uitdagende fiscale vraagstukken. Binnen EY help je klanten deze ontwikkelingen te vertalen naar praktische, toekomstbestendige oplossingen. Heb jij ruime ervaring in de internationale fiscale adviespraktijk en de ambitie om inhoudelijk én commercieel een zichtbare rol te spelen? Wil je daarnaast bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van junior collega's en de verdere groei van onze praktijk? Dan maken wij graag kennis met je. De uitdaging Als (Senior) Manager werk je aan strategische fiscale trajecten binnen een complexe en gereguleerde sector. Denk aan herstructureringen, investeringen, transacties, financieringsstructuren, dividendbelasting- en bronbelastingvraagstukken, tax governance en andere ontwikkelingen die financiële instellingen raken. Je combineert vaktechnische diepgang met gevoel voor commercie en leiderschap. Daarmee ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor klanten en collega's en geef je richting aan adviestrajecten waarin meerdere disciplines en landen samenkomen. Naarmate je meer senioriteit meebrengt, ligt de nadruk sterker op het zelfstandig leiden van complexe opdrachten, het uitbouwen van klantrelaties en het signaleren van kansen in de markt.
