In Lelystad staat de flexpool aan het begin van een belangrijke ontwikkeling. Vanuit de wijkverpleging is al een start gemaakt, maar de komende jaren ligt de focus op uitbreiding naar meerdere onderdelen van de organisatie. Jij krijgt de kans om samen met medewerkers, managers en planners een nieuwe flexorganisatie op te bouwen. Jouw uitdaging Als Manager Flexpool Lelystad ben je ondernemer binnen Woonzorg Flevoland. Je bouwt aan een nieuwe organisatievorm die medewerkers meer flexibiliteit biedt en managers ondersteunt bij personele uitdagingen. Je brengt structuur, creëert draagvlak en ontwikkelt een aantrekkelijke interne arbeidsmarkt. Wat maakt deze functie bijzonder? Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om iets nieuws neer te zetten, terwijl je tegelijk kunt profiteren van de ervaringen die we al opgedaan hebben in Almere. Je werkt in een omgeving waar nog veel te ontwikkelen valt en waar jouw visie, leiderschap en ondernemerschap direct zichtbaar zijn in de praktijk. Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines en legt verbinding tussen medewerkers, managers en planners. Daarmee bouw je niet alleen aan de flexpool van Lelystad, maar ook aan de basis voor een toekomstige integrale flexorganisatie binnen Woonzorg Flevoland.
