Om die zorg ook in de toekomst toegankelijk en van hoge kwaliteit te houden, speelt onze flexpool een steeds belangrijkere rol. In Almere is de flexpool inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een belangrijke schakel in de continuïteit van zorg. De flexpool levert dagelijks inzet binnen de wijkverpleging en woonzorglocaties en heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een herkenbaar en gewaardeerd alternatief voor externe inhuur. De uitdaging ligt niet meer in het opzetten, maar in het verder professionaliseren en laten groeien van deze organisatievorm. Jouw uitdaging Als Manager Flexpool Almere geef je leiding aan een team van circa 40 flexmedewerkers en bouw je verder aan de volgende fase van ontwikkeling. Je zorgt dat de flexpool niet alleen open diensten invult, maar een strategisch instrument wordt voor duurzame inzetbaarheid, interne mobiliteit en capaciteitsmanagement. Wat maakt deze functie bijzonder? Je komt niet terecht in een opstartfase, maar in een omgeving waar de basis staat en waar ruimte is om écht impact te maken op organisatieontwikkeling. Je werkt mee aan de volgende stap: van werkende flexpool naar strategische workforce-oplossing. Wat ga je doen? - Leidinggeven aan en uitbreiden van de bestaande flexpool. - Versterken van medewerkerstevredenheid, inzetbaarheid en behoud. - Verder ontwikkelen van zelfroosteren en flexibele inzet. - Samenwerken met HR, planning en zorgmanagers aan optimale personeelsinzet. - Verminderen van externe inhuur door verdere groei van de interne flexpool. - Ontwikkelen van stuurinformatie op capaciteit, inzet, kosten en verzuim. - Voorbereiden van de toekomstige aansluiting bij een integrale WZF-brede flexorganisatie en het planbureau.
