Keer op keer werken jij en je collega's aan interessante casussen die garant staan voor veel uitdaging. Als manager stuur je het flexteam aan en werk je nauw samen met collega's op onze aaff-kantoren in Aalsmeer, Naaldwijk, Nijkerk, Nijmegen, Dordrecht, Zwolle of Roosendaal. Wat ga je doen als manager flexteam Audit in Tilburg? Sommige collega's kiezen voor vaste klanten en voorspelbaarheid. Jij niet. Je krijgt energie van de wendingen, complexe vraagstukken en situaties waarin snelheid én vakmanschap nodig zijn. Daarom past de rol van manager bij ons flexteam Audit goed bij je. Binnen aaff is dit team een ondersteunende dienst die onze auditteams tijdelijk ondersteuning biedt als er bijzonderheden zijn. Bijvoorbeeld bij opdrachten waarbij meerdere complexe vaktechnische vraagstukken spelen of wanneer key-capaciteit tijdelijk is weggevallen. Jij zorgt dat de auditteams blijven draaien wanneer het spannend wordt en bent een belangrijke schakel in het begeleiden en uitvoeren van auditopdrachten. Je werkt actief mee in de controle en zorgt samen met senior managers audit, ervaren accountants en directors voor een vlekkeloze voortgang en planning. Uiteraard met oog voor de wensen van de klant.
