Die hun gemeenschap versterken, armoede doorbreken en op eigen kracht hun toekomst vormgeven. Wilde Ganzen versterkt die initiatieven - met kennis, netwerk en financiering - zodat ze groeien, duurzaam verankerd raken en anderen inspireren. Wij zijn een beweging van aanpakkers. En we zijn op zoek naar iemand die dat van binnenuit wil versterken. Jouw rol Als Manager Fondsenwerving & Communicatie ben je de drijvende kracht achter hoe Wilde Ganzen bij het Nederlandse publiek en onze donateurs gezien en gekend wordt. Je zorgt dat communicatie, fondsenwerving en donateursservice elkaar versterken, stuurt op groei in naamsbekendheid én inkomsten (particulier en zakelijk), en bent sparringpartner voor je team, het MT en de directie. Je leidt een multidisciplinair team van 14 specialisten op het gebied van communicatie, fondsenwerving en donateursservice. Samen werken jullie aan verhalen die raken, campagnes die activeren en relaties die verder gaan dan een donatie alleen. Wat je doet: - Je ontwikkelt en realiseert een heldere strategie die naamsbekendheid, betrokkenheid en inkomsten structureel laat groeien. - Je coacht je team naar innovatieve campagnes, scherpe proposities en impactvolle communicatie. - Je stuurt op doelen, bewaakt het budget en brengt focus aan waar nodig. - Als leidinggevende ben je een echte people manager en zie en hoor je wat individuele medewerkers nodig hebben om hun werk goed en met plezier te doen. Je creëert ruimte voor open communicatie, stelt heldere kaders en weet de individuele kwaliteiten van je teamgenoten optimaal te benutten.
