Lees dan verder. Bij Hotel Kaap West is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt in de ochtend, de middag of in de avond en ontmoet iedere dag nieuwe gasten. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat onze toeristische en zakelijke gasten een fijn verblijf hebben. Na afloop van hun verblijf vertellen zij hoe geweldig hun verblijf hier is geweest en dat ze graag nog eens terug komen. Dat is toch leuk om te horen! Ook de net gearriveerde hotelgasten krijgen door jouw persoonlijke service een goede eerste indruk. Dit is te zien aan hun brede glimlach op hun gezicht terwijl jij het incheck-proces met ze doorloopt en de weg wijst naar hun hotelkamer. Daar word je zelf toch ook blij van? Als manager sta je voor ongeveer 90% naast je collega's. Naast uitvoerende werkzaamheden achter de receptie heb je ook leidinggevende taken zoals het aansturen van collega's en administratieve taken zoals het opstellen van roosters, inkoop en meedenken met bijvoorbeeld hoe we het verblijf van onze gasten nóg fijner kunnen maken. We vinden het niet alleen belangrijk dat onze gasten blij zijn, maar ook onze medewerkers! Hoe we dat doen lees je hier: - Wij bieden een goed salaris passend bij jouw werkervaring. - Hoe zit het met de fooi? Die verdelen we samen! - ''Als je werkt in de horeca heb je geen tijd voor pauze.''' Daar zijn we het niet mee eens! Hier maken we tijd voor. We vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen een momentje voor zichzelf heeft. - Onze koks laten je graag weten dat ze goed zijn in hun vak.
