Recruit Forces Manager Fysieke Leefomgeving & Kennisontwikkeling (MT lid) - Hybride/midden NL - HBO/WO - 32-40 Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevend kennisplatform in Nederland op het gebied van infrastructuur, openbare ruimte, verkeer en vervoer, aanbesteden en contracteren. De professionals binnen deze organisatie werken dagelijks aan het ontwikkelen van direct toepasbare kennis en zorgen ervoor dat deze op de juiste manier bij de gebruikers terechtkomt. Daarnaast bieden zij ondersteuning bij de toepassing van deze kennis. Voor deze toonaangevende landelijke kennisorganisatie zijn we op zoek naar een verbindende en daadkrachtige teammanager voor het kennisteam Fysieke Leefomgeving. Jouw impact Je geeft leiding aan een team van 21 professionals dat werkt aan richtlijnen, handreikingen en oplossingen voor de inrichting, aanleg en het beheer van de openbare ruimte. Wat dit team ontwikkelt, heeft directe invloed op hoe Nederland er buiten uitziet. Als teammanager stuur je niet alleen inhoudelijk, maar ook op samenwerking en ontwikkeling. Je bouwt aan een sterk team, stimuleert eigenaarschap en werkt samen met collega-managers en directieleden in het MT aan de strategie en doorvertaling naar concrete acties. Wat ga je doen? - Leiden en ontwikkelen van het kennisteam, bestaande uit drie subteams (Technisch instrumentarium, Procesinstrumentarium en Data & Informatie); - Strategisch beleid vertalen naar uitvoerbare doelen en acties; - Procesverbeteringen initiëren en bijdragen aan besluitvorming in het MT; - Samenwerking, kennisdeling en innovatie bevorderen; - Kennisbehoeften uit de markt verbinden met het aanbod van de organisatie; - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor budget, kwaliteit en voortgang; - Medewerkers coachen in hun professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
