Samen met ongeveer 275 medewerkers, 115 vrijwilligers en ruim 50 stagiaires werken we iedere dag aan een samenleving waarin inwoners mee kunnen doen, zichzelf kunnen redden en iets voor elkaar kunnen betekenen. Onze organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling. In 2024 is een nieuwe organisatiestructuur ingevoerd, waarin teamleiders worden aangestuurd door twee managers: een manager gemeentebrede teams en manager sociaal wijk- en dorpenteams. De afgelopen periode hebben we deze structuur verder aangescherpt. Nu breekt de volgende fase aan: verder bouwen aan een sterke, toekomstbestendige organisatie. Daarom zoeken wij een manager gemeentebrede teams. Wat ga jij doen? Het meest belangrijke onderdeel van deze functie is dat de collega's die je (indirect) aanstuurt gewoon hun werk goed kunnen uitvoeren en daardoor de inwoners van de gemeente goed kunnen ondersteunen. Dat lijkt eenvoudig, maar soms is het dat niet. Zowel van binnenuit als door derden worden nieuwe initiatieven, regels en mogelijkheden gelanceerd. Het is belangrijk om een goede balans te vinden tussen "het goede te blijven doen" en "te optimaliseren waar nodig" Je wordt steeds gevergd om hier zorgvuldige afwegingen in te maken. Gesprekken met collega's en externe partijen helpen je hierbij.
