In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven en realiseren van het beleid op het gebied van gezondheid, vitaliteit en duurzame inzetbaarheid binnen Securitas. Vanuit data, trends en organisatiebehoeften ontwikkel je initiatieven die bijdragen aan een gezonde, betrokken en toekomstbestendige organisatie, waarin medewerkers vitaal en duurzaam inzetbaar blijven. Je vertaalt inzichten uit verzuim- en vitaliteitsdata naar concrete verbeteringen en werkt hierbij nauw samen met HR, de operatie, arbodienst en directie. We zoeken een stevige HR-professional met een brede blik, die strategisch adviseert én zorgt voor succesvolle implementatie. Iemand die mensen en stakeholders verbindt, eigenaarschap neemt, kritisch blijft evalueren en resultaten realiseert. Samen met de organisatie werk je continu aan het terugdringen van verzuim en het versterken van vitaliteit. - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Gezondheidsmanagement, Psychologie, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in health & wellbeing, waarvan 3 jaar in een strategische of eindverantwoordelijke rol. - Kennis van wet- en regelgeving, duurzame inzetbaarheid, fysieke en mentale gezondheid. - Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden. - Ervaring binnen de beveiligingssector of een vergelijkbare dynamische omgeving is een pré. - Visiekracht gecombineerd met het vermogen om programma's tot uitvoer te brengen ...
