Candidate profile Als locatiemanager ben je de spil van ons team, waarbij je je leiderschapskwaliteiten, passie voor de zorg en opvoeding van kinderen en gastvrijheidstalent gebruikt om de faciliteit succesvol te lanceren en te bevorderen. Je speelt een centrale rol in de dagelijkse werking, zorgt voor een gastvrije sfeer en zorgt voor het algemene welzijn van de kinderen en het personeel op onze locatie. Je bent een inspirerende teamspeler die in staat is een positieve werkomgeving te creëren en te behouden. Je draagt creatieve concepten bij om de kwaliteit van de kinderopvang te verbeteren en nieuwe gezinnen aan te trekken. Je communicatie is duidelijk en effectief, zowel in het Engels als in het Nederlands, met kinderen, het team en ouders. Je zorgt voor de kwaliteit van onze kinderopvang, het welzijn van de kinderen en de tevredenheid van ouders.
