Vakantiepark BreeBronne is onderdeel van de Hermans Groep. Om onze gasten een onvergetelijke en zorgeloze vakantie te kunnen bieden, willen we alles op en top verzorgd en schoon hebben. Hygiëne is zeer belangrijk, we willen daarom ook graag dat alles schoon en netjes is voor onze gasten. Manager Housekeeping (MT-lid) (fulltime) Als Manager Housekeeping ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele huishoudelijke dienst van ons vakantiepark. Je weet snel en pragmatisch je afdeling in te zetten, te structureren en continue te verbeteren. Je bewaakt de in het managementteam besproken doelen en budgetten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je stuurt de Supervisors Housekeeping aan en samen zorg je voor gedegen inwerkplannen, een planning welke afgestemd is op de behoefte en goed lopende processen tussen de afdelingen (technische dienst, receptie, horeca etc.). Je voert controle rondes uit om de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak op ons park te borgen, alles moet perfect schoon en onderhouden zijn. Op momenten dat de Supervisors Housekeeping niet aanwezig zijn, stuur je het housekeeping team aan. Als Manager Housekeeping maak je deel uit van het managementteam.
