Jouw uitdagende rol Als Manager HR geef je leiding aan het HR-team en maak je als volwaardig lid van het managementteam, rechtstreeks onder de bestuurder, deel uit van de integrale aansturing van onze organisatie. Je denkt en beslist mee over de strategische koers en de vertaling daarvan naar de dagelijkse praktijk. Vanuit jouw HR-expertise breng je ontwikkelingen in de zorg, arbeidsmarkt en het HR-vak in en vertaal je deze naar wat St. Pieters en Bloklands nodig heeft. HR is volop in ontwikkeling. Er ligt een goede basis en tegelijkertijd zijn er belangrijke stappen te zetten. Een belangrijke opgave ligt bij de arbeidsmarkt: hoe blijven we aantrekkelijk voor nieuwe én huidige medewerkers en zorgen we voor voldoende gekwalificeerde professionals, nu en in de toekomst? Ook personeelsplanning, verzuim en vitaliteit, het functiehuis, HR-processen en verdere digitalisering vragen aandacht. Je brengt focus aan, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat gekozen ontwikkelingen daadwerkelijk word...
