Je zorgt voor een professionele, goed georganiseerde afdeling waarin medewerkers hun expertise optimaal kunnen inzetten. Je: - geeft leiding aan, coacht en begeleidt medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling - vertaalt organisatiedoelstellingen naar concrete plannen en acties - bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en resultaten - brengt structuur en prioritering in een dynamische werkomgeving - stimuleert samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen - bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden - signaleert ontwikkelingen, knelpunten en verbetermogelijkheden - draagt actief bij aan beleidsontwikkeling en organisatieverbetering - helpt mee aan de verdere inrichting en professionalisering van de staforganisatie - werkt nauw samen met de Manager Staf en collega-teamleiders Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen strategie, beleid en de dagelijkse praktijk.
