Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie Als Manager HR geef je leiding aan meerdere HR-teams en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en samenhang van de HR-dienstverlening. Hoewel je een relatief groot aantal medewerkers aanstuurt, zijn de teams zelfstandig, professioneel en gewend om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Het verzuim is laag en medewerkers pakken hun eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent vooral sparringpartner, richtinggever en verbinder. Daarbij zoeken we nadrukkelijk iemand die niet alleen vanuit de strategie redeneert, maar ook met de voeten in de klei wil staan en naast de strategie ook operationele taken oppakt. Je begrijpt wat er in de praktijk speelt, bent benaderbaar voor de teams en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Tegelijkertijd houd je voldoende afstand om vanuit een strategisch perspectief naar HR en de organisatie te kijken. Door de nieuwe structuur binnen de divisies Jeugd en Volwassenen is op sommige onderdelen nog begeleiding en sturing nodig. Jij helpt om de nieuwe manier van werken verder vorm te geven en zorgt dat verantwoordelijkheden en verwachtingen duidelijk zijn. Je rapporteert aan de directeur Mens & Ontwikkeling en jullie werken nauw samen. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner en maakt onderdeel uit van het MT HR.
