Samen met de HR-experts zorg je ervoor dat veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving én signalen uit de praktijk goed worden vertaald naar bruikbaar HR-beleid. Dat beleid werk je verder uit in duidelijke HR-instrumenten, processen, regelingen en procedures voor de verschillende HR-specialisaties. Daarnaast stel je, in overleg met de Directeur HR, jaar- en meerjarenplannen op voor jouw aandachtsgebieden. In deze rol denk je actief mee over het strategisch HR-beleid én help je mee met de uitvoering ervan. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op met externe organisaties rondom HR-thema's en onderhoudt goed contact met deze partners. Samen met de directeur HR werk je aan grotere, overkoepelende projecten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan onderwerpen zoals strategische werving, opleidingsplannen, leiderschapsontwikkeling en het versterken van de organisatie als geheel.
