Neem contact op of Direct reageren De functie Als Manager HR Operations geef je leiding aan een team van HR Operations-specialisten en zorg je voor een professionele en efficiënte HR-dienstverlening. Je vormt de verbindende schakel tussen het HR-beleid en de dagelijkse uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers, managers en de organisatie kunnen rekenen op een betrouwbare HR-basis. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Leidinggeven aan een team van HR Operations-specialisten en het stimuleren van samenwerking, eigenaarschap en ontwikkeling. - Zorgen voor een goede en uniforme uitvoering van HR-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom. - Beheer en verdere ontwikkeling van het HR-systeem AFAS, waaronder workflows, autorisaties, selfservice en datakwaliteit. - Bewaken van een correcte en tijdige verwerking van HR-mutaties en een optimale samenwerking met de salarisadministratie en Finance. - Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van HR-rapportages en dashboards, zodat management beschikt over relevante en betrouwbare HR-informatie. - Signaleren van knelpunten en kansen binnen de HR-dienstverlening en deze vertalen naar praktische oplossingen. - Waarborgen van kwaliteit, compliance en naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder arbeidsrecht en AVG. - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering, digitalisering en datagedreven ontwikke...
