De organisatie is volop in beweging en heeft een professionele HR-organisatie waarin verschillende disciplines nauw samenwerken. HR Services vormt een belangrijke basis voor de organisatie. Vanuit deze afdeling worden medewerkers en leidinggevenden ondersteund bij uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken en personeelsprocessen. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waarin veel verantwoordelijkheid ligt bij de verschillende teams en waarin ruimte is om processen daadwerkelijk te verbeteren. Als Manager HR Services krijg je dan ook de mogelijkheid om niet alleen de dagelijkse operatie aan te sturen, maar ook actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HR. Over de functie Als Manager HR Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van de HR Services-afdeling. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen soepel verlopen en dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden kunnen rekenen op een professionele HR-dienstverlening. Je bent zowel operationeel als tactisch actief. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en kijkt continu waar processen slimmer, efficiënter en beter kunnen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het HR Services-team; - Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de HR-dienstverlening; - Het optimaliseren en standaardiseren van HR-processen; - Het signaleren van knelpunten en initiëren van verbeteringen; - Het zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van personeelsmutaties en HR-administratie; - Het bewaken van processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom; - Het ondersteunen van HR en management bij HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken; - Het analyseren van HR-data en vertalen hiervan naar concrete verbeteracti...
