Dan is deze functie bij Noorderboog iets voor jou. Noorderboog staat voor een belangrijke volgende fase. De organisatie richt zich de komende jaren nadrukkelijk op de verdere ontwikkeling van huisvesting, vastgoed en facilitaire dienstverlening. Daarmee ontstaat ruimte om vanuit visie, inhoudelijke expertise en leiderschap te bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige basis voor de zorg. Als Manager Huisvesting, Vastgoed en Facilitaire Dienst maak je deel uit van het managementteam en ben je een belangrijke strategische sparringpartner voor de bestuurder. Je krijgt de ruimte om richting te geven aan complexe vraagstukken, verbinding te creëren en samen met professionals duurzame oplossingen te realiseren. Noorderboog kenmerkt zich door professionaliteit, betrokkenheid en nuchterheid. De organisatie gelooft in ontwikkeling vanuit de praktijk: door professionals die samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en gezamenlijk zoeken naar wat nodig is voor cliënten, collega's en de toekomst. Ben jij de manager die richting geeft, verbinding creëert en samen met professionals wil bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige zorgomgeving? Als Manager Huisvesting, Vastgoed en Facilitaire Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed en belangrijk domein binnen Noorderboog. Je geeft integraal leiding aan circa 78 medewerkers binnen Huisvesting, Vastgoed, Facilitair, Techniek, Receptie en Inkoop. Je beheert een portefeuille van 13 locaties en 17 gebouwen en zorgt ervoor dat huisvesting, vastgoed en dienstverlening aansluiten bij de huidige én toekomstige behoeften van de organisatie.
