1 Manager:in für digitale Produktinnovation Aufgaben Als Manager:in für digitale Produktinnovation verantwortest du die Gestaltung und Validierung digitaler Gesundheitsprodukte - von der Ideenfindung bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei werden Strategie, Nutzer:innen-Insights, neue Technologien und praxisnahes Experimentieren kombiniert, um skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben * Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Produktentdeckung und das Experimentieren. * Anwendung von Methoden wie Lean Startup, Design Thinking, JTBD und Agile zur Validierung von Chancen und Potenzialen. * Einsatz KI-gestützter Prototyping-Tools wie Claude Code oder Lovable, um Konzepte schnell zu testen. * Übersetzung von Erkenntnissen in klare Produktanforderungen, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus Engineering, Design und Business zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung tragfähiger Lösungen. * Navigation im regulatorischen Umfeld digitaler Gesundheitslösungen, einschließlich SaMD, Datenschutz und Compliance. * Förderung von produktgetriebenem Wachstum durch datenbasierte Priorisierung und messbare Ergebnisse.

Gesuchtes Profil * 6-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte, Innovation oder Venture Building. * Nachweisbare B2C-Erfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte - von der Ideenfindung bis zum Wachstum. * Praktische Erfahrung mit Lean Startup, Design Thinking, JTBD und agilen Methoden. * Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI-Tools für Discovery, Dokumentation, Spezifikation oder Prototyping. * Ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, auch in komplexen und unklaren Situationen für Klarheit zu sorgen. * Gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil. * Erfahrung im Bereich Gesundheitswesen / Digitale Gesundheit von Vorteil.
