Als Manager_in im Technology Consulting übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle von IT, Gesundheitswesen und Business Transformation. Du leitest interdisziplinäre Teams, berätst Entscheidungsträger_innen auf Managementebene und gestaltest aktiv die digitale Zukunft von Krankenhäusern und Gesundheitsdienstleistern.

In deiner Rolle als Manager_in verantwortest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung von IT-Landschaften im Gesundheitswesen - mit besonderem Fokus auf Krankenhausinformationssysteme (KIS) und die Digitalisierung medizinischer Prozesse. Du treibst innovative Lösungen voran und schaffst die Grundlage für eine effiziente, zukunftssichere und qualitativ hochwertige Patientenversorgung.

Perspektiven * Arbeite an vielfältigen Digitalisierungsprojekten mit klarem Fokus auf IT-Projektmanagement und Business Development. * Flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und Möglichkeit von Home-Office.

Aufgaben * Berate Kund_innen bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Betriebsmodellen, mit Fokus auf KIS-Implementierung und Digitalisierung medizinischer Prozesse * Führe dynamische Teams: Leite Berater_innenteams vor Ort als (Teil-)Projektleiter und setze dein KIS-Know-how gezielt ein * Schaffe Mehrwert: Sei verlässliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für Management und Projektleitung und schaffe echten Mehrwert für unsere Kund:innen * Implementiere cutting-edge Technologien: Treibe die digitale Transformation in der Gesundheitsbranche voran, hauptsächlich in Österreich * Leite innovative Projekte: Übernimm Verantwortung für wegweisende Projekte und verbessere die Qualität und Effizienz der Gesundheitsversorgung * Optimiere IT-Infrastrukturen: Analysiere bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen in Krankenhäusern und begleite die Einführung neuer KIS-Lösungen * Arbeite eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen: Stelle sicher, dass unsere IT-Konzepte auf die Bedürfnisse im Gesundheitswesen zugeschnitten sind * Nutze und erweitere Dein Netzwerk: Bringe dein bestehendes Netzwerk in der Gesundheitsbranche ein und knüpfe neue, wertvolle Kontakte

Kompetenzen * Einschlägige Berufserfahrung (mind. 4 Jahre) im IT-Consulting, IT-Projektmanagement oder Solution/Pre-Sales, Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen vorteilhaft * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä.). * Tiefes Verständnis für Strategien, Geschäfts- und Betriebsmodelle von Krankenhäusern und Gesundheitsdienstleistern * Außerordentliche konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe * Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team * Fundierte Methodenkompetenz: Agile und klassische Projektmanagement-Frameworks * Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung / dem Customizing von Krankenhausinformationssystemen sowie in der Planung und Umsetzung von KIS-Projekten

Das Mindestentgelt für diese Position beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung für Manager_innen € 58.000.- brutto/Jahr (All-In). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung bieten wir ein entsprechend höheres Entgelt. Weiters kannst du mit einer leistungsabhängigen, individuellen Prämie rechnen.
