Manager Inhouse Aalsmeer € 3.500 - € 4.800 Manager Inhouse bij Flora Holland Aalsmeer Jij hebt, samen met jouw team van 6 collega's, de verantwoordelijkheid voor één van de grootste klanten Flora Holland in Aalsmeer. KERNACTIVITEITEN IN DEZE ROL ZIJN O.A. - Realiseren van een optimale dienstverlening naar de klant door het naleven van de contractafspraken, afgesproken KPI's en SLA. Hiervoor zit je regelmatig samen met de klant voor strategische en tactische overleggen en evaluaties. - Aansturen van de doorleenpartijen en collega uitzendbureaus. - Realiseren van de financiële doelstellingen, waarbij je gaat voor het gewenste klantresultaat en een verbetering van het rendement. Je analyseert de cijfers en maakt plannings prognoses - Bewaken en stimuleren van effectief recruitment (online en offline) in het gebied, door een goede analyse en forecasting en hier tijdig op te anticiperen. - Realiseren van duurzame flexibiliteit en inzetbaarheid van de flexcollega's - Dagelijkse coaching en aansturing van je medewerkers; ook in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling Ze zijn ook verantwoordelijk voor de locaties Rijnsburg en Naaldwijk. Daar zitten een manager en 2 consultants, waarmee je nauw samen werkt. Dit betreft een functie voor minimaal 32uur per week. Bij Flora Holland wordt vroeg begonnen, de werktijden zullen elke dag vanaf circa 07.00 uur zijn.
