Wij zijn Rungis Al ruim 185 seizoenen is Rungis dé groente- en fruitspecialist voor restaurants, chefs en foodprofessionals. Met ruim 180 collega's leveren wij dagelijks een bijzonder assortiment groenten, fruit, kruiden en paddenstoelen aan de Nederlandse horeca. Ook internationaal weten steeds meer klanten ons te vinden. Naast ons brede AGF-assortiment beschikken wij over een eigen productiefaciliteit waar producten worden gesneden, gewassen en verpakt. Ook biologisch speelt een belangrijke rol binnen ons assortiment. Onze kracht? De beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, een onderscheidend assortiment en producten met een verhaal. Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Inkoop ben je verantwoordelijk voor het complete inkoopbeleid van Rungis. Je zorgt er, samen met het inkoopteam, voor dat ons onderscheidende assortiment dagelijks beschikbaar is tegen de beste kwaliteit en marktconforme condities. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner binnen het managementteam. Je bent onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de inkoopstrategie voor groenten, fruit, kruiden en paddenstoelen. - Het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van een team van drie inkopers en een productspecialist. - Het onderhouden en uitbreiden van duurzame relaties met telers, leveranciers en producenten, zowel nationaal als internationaal. - Het voeren van commerciële onderhandelingen over prijs, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en leveringsvoorwaarden. - Het bewaken van voorraadniveaus en beschikbaarheid van het assortiment. - Het signaleren van marktontwikkeli...
