Manager IT & Operations Management Team positie bij een snel groeiend retail serviceplatform op het gebied van verduurzaming en communicatie. Omgeving Utrecht. Je reactie kun je sturen naar: [email protected] Onze client is een retail service-organisatie voor ondernemers die actief zijn in de telecom- en verduurzamingsmarkt. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in de omgeving Utrecht worden meer dan 500 partnerbedrijven ondersteund. Traditioneel is de organisatie een sterke en bekende partij voor partners in de telecommarkt. Sinds 1995 wordt support geboden aan winkels voor het aansluiten van mobiele en internetabonnementen. Inmiddels is de portfolio, vanuit de visie dat via de bestaande kanalen veel meer diensten kunnen worden aangeboden, uitgebreid naar verduurzaming (zonnepanelen, warmtepompen, isolatie, laadpalen, airconditioning) en smart home. Dit heeft geleid tot overnames op deze gebieden. Daarmee is ook het bestaande distributiekanaal verbreed van telecom winkels naar andere partners, zoals hypotheekadviseurs en makelaars. De functie van Manager IT & Operations is nieuw binnen de organisatie en maakt deel uit van het Management Team. De nieuwe activiteiten hebben geleid tot groei en daarmee gepaard gaat een krachtige behoefte aan professionalisering van de structuren en processen van de zich uitbreidende organisatie. Gezocht wordt een kandidaat met een solide achtergrond als IT Manager, ervaring met het leiden van teams in een informele ondernemende omgeving en een nadrukkelijke visie en focus op de noodzakelijke processen die hiermee worden vormgegeven en ondersteund. Nadruk ligt op het opbouwen, structureren en integreren van de bedrijfsprocessen van de diverse activiteiten van het platform. Operationele zaken die behoren bij toekomstige acquisities of verdere groei zullen ook bij deze functie worden ondergebracht.
