Als Projectleider / Interim Manager Jeugd ben jij de drijvende kracht op diverse interim-opdrachten. Je leidt uitdagende verandertrajecten, brengt rust en richting in teams en slaat de brug tussen strategisch beleid (zoals bijvoorbeeld de Hervormingsagenda Jeugd) en de dagelijkse praktijk van de hulpverlening. Je combineert jouw sturende, projectmatige kracht met een coachende stijl van leidinggeven. Wat ga je doen? Projectsturing & Uitvoering: Je leidt projecten en veranderingstrajecten binnen de jeugdhulp, zoals het versterken van wijk- en jeugdteams, het terugdringen van wachtlijsten of het herinrichten van de jeugdketen. Coachend Leiderschap: Je begeleidt, coacht en ondersteunt professionals en teams op de werkvloer om het vakmanschap, de vitaliteit en het werkgeluk te vergroten. Implementatie van Beleid: Je vertaalt landelijke en regionale ontwikkelingen (zoals de Hervormingsagenda Jeugd of de Toekomstscenario's Kind- en Gezinsbescherming) naar concrete stappen en werkbare processen op de vloer. Stakeholdermanagement: Je overbrugt tegengestelde belangen en brengt gemeenten, gecertificeerde instellingen en jeugdhulpaanbieders samen om de samenwerking te versterken. Functie-eisen Opleiding: Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Pedagogiek, Social Work, Bestuurskunde of Organisatiewetenschappen). Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als projectleider, procesbegeleider of leidinggevende binnen de jeugdzorg, een gemeentelijk jeugdteam of een gecertificeerde instelling.
