Interim manager kinderopvang - Regio Venlo 13/10/2026 | Nederland , Noord-Brabant , Regio Venlo , Staf & Management Introductie Voor een kinderopvangorganisatie in de regio Venlo zoeken wij op korte termijn een ervaren Interim Manager Kinderopvang voor circa 32 tot 36 uur per week. Functie De huidige manager valt uit en naar verwachting zal het enige tijd duren voordat er een vaste opvolger is gevonden. Daarom zoeken we voor een periode van ongeveer zes maanden een interim manager die zorgt voor rust, continuïteit en zichtbaarheid op de locaties. De opdracht is in de basis gericht op het goed laten doorlopen van de dagelijkse operatie: iemand die letterlijk en figuurlijk "op het huis past". Tegelijkertijd ligt er een duidelijke behoefte aan begeleiding van de teams. Het gaat om relatief jonge teams die nog ondersteuning nodig hebben in hun ontwikkeling en dagelijkse samenwerking. Daarnaast spelen er enkele zorgcasussen. Ervaring met pedagogische vraagstukken en het begeleiden van teams rondom complexere casuïstiek is daarom belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? Als interim manager ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - het bewaken van de dagelijkse continuïteit op de locaties; - zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar zijn voor medewerkers; - begeleiden en ondersteunen van relatief jonge teams; - zorgen voor rust, structuur en duidelijkheid; - aandacht houden voor samenwerking en teamontwikkeling; - meedenken en ondersteunen bij zorgcasussen; - signaleren van knelpunten en waar nodig tijdig schakelen binnen de organisatie; - zorgen voor een goede overdracht zodra een vaste manager is gevonden. Functie-eisen We zoeken een ervaren interim professional die: - aantoonbare ervaring heeft als manager binnen de kinderopvang; - de kinderopvangsector en de dagelijkse praktijk goed kent; - stevig genoeg is om zelfstandig een locatie of meerdere locaties te draaien; - tegelijkertijd toegankelijk en coachend richting medewerkers is; - ervaring heeft me...
