Bij KBK Vastgoedonderhoud verzorgen we als partner van diverse woningcorporaties de mutatie- en reparatieonderhoud in uiteenlopende woningen. De afdeling reparatieonderhoud vormt daarin een cruciale schakel, het KCC (Klant Contact Centrum) op ons hoofdkantoor in Volendam is het kloppende hart van die afdeling: het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Op onze vestiging in Wateringen, gaan wij voor onze opdrachtgevers daar ook een KCC (Klant Contact Centrum) opzetten. Jouw rol De werkzaamheden voor onze opdrachtgevers uit Zuid-Holland worden nu vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Volendam opgepakt, maar deze willen wij meer centreren. Wij zoeken een aanpakker, iemand met een hands-on mentaliteit die van doorzetten weet. Tijdens je inwerktraject zal je in overleg deels op het hoofdkantoor in Volendam werken om de werkzaamheden eigen te maken. Vervolgens ga je de werkzaamheden vanuit Wateringen uitvoeren en ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden en coördineren van binnenkomende telefoontjes. Met de tijd krijg je de ruimte om het KCC verder uit te bouwen met KCC-medewerkers. Kortom: een mooie zelfstandige rol, met de vrijheid om iets moois neer te zetten. Wat ga je doen - Eindverantwoordelijk voor de planning van vaklieden, zzp-ers en ketenpartners - Coördineren en realiseren van de KPI's van één of meerdere accounts, samen met de (senior) projectbegeleider - Bewaken van SLA's, klanttevredenheid, accountresultaten, budget en overeengekomen werkwijze - Signaleren en analyseren van klantbehoeften - Proactief bijsturen op situaties die de gestelde doelen in gevaar brengen - Aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers van jouw accounts - Bijdragen aan afdeling- en procesbewaking, kwaliteitsverbetering en het reduceren van fa...
