Dan hebben we bij Enver een mooie uitdaging voor je. Bij Enver draait alles om goede en veilige hulp aan kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen. Als Manager Kwaliteit, Veiligheid, Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling (KVOO) zorg jij ervoor dat kwaliteit en veiligheid niet alleen op papier goed geregeld zijn, maar vooral zichtbaar zijn in de dagelijkse praktijk. Enver is volop in beweging. Per 1 januari 2027 wordt het team KVOO onderdeel van het Enver Expertisecentrum. Dat is niet alleen een organisatorische verandering; het is het begin van een nieuwe fase. Er valt iets te bouwen. Jij krijgt de ruimte om samen met je team richting te geven aan die ontwikkeling. Jouw uitdaging Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 9 fte beleidsadviseurs. Zij hebben ieder hun eigen expertise op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid, onderzoek en zorgontwikkeling. Samen bouwen jullie verder aan een professioneel en sterk team. Je zorgt voor focus, verbinding en ontwikkeling. Je creëert een cultuur waarin mensen elkaar aanspreken, kennis delen en samen verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke adviseur voor management, directie en waar nodig de bestuurder. Je verbindt strategie en beleid met wat er daadwerkelijk gebeurt in de zorg. Concreet ga je onder andere: - het team aansturen, coachen en verder ontwikkelen; - kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en zorgbeleid ontwikkelen en zorgen dat het ook echt wordt uitgevoerd; - kwaliteit en veiligheid monitoren en management voorzien van heldere inzichten en adviezen; - leren en verbeteren naar aanleiding...
