In deze brede managementfunctie geef je richting aan het kwaliteitsmanagement en vervul je de functionele rol van CISO. Je helpt de organisatie om aantoonbaar in control te zijn en zorgt dat beleid en maatregelen in de dagelijkse praktijk werken. Over YOEP YOEP is een Jeugdzorg- en GGZ-instelling voor kinderen, jongeren, gezinnen en volwassenen. Met ruim 460 collega's werken we vanuit kleinschalige teams op meer dan 20 locaties. We combineren specialistische zorg met korte lijnen, persoonlijke aandacht en veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng. Jouw opdracht Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de samenhangende ontwikkeling van kwaliteit en informatiebeveiliging. Je beheert en verbetert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en het informatiebeveiligingsmanagementsysteem en vertaalt normen, wetgeving en risico's naar heldere prioriteiten voor de organisatie. Daarbij combineer je strategisch advies met praktische regie. Als CISO adviseer je directie en bestuur gevraagd en ongevraagd over informatiebeveiligingsrisico's. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en toetst of maatregelen daadwerkelijk werken. De technische uitvoering ligt bij ICT & Security; jij stelt kaders, verbindt betrokkenen en zorgt voor bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Wat ga je doen - Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling Kwaliteit en bepaalt samen met directie en management de prioriteiten. - Je ontwikkelt de koers voor kwaliteit en informatiebeveiliging en vertaalt deze naar een haalbaar jaarplan. - Je beheert en verbetert het KMS en ISMS op basis van ISO 9001, ISO 27001 en NEN 7510. - Je coördineert risicoanalyses, Business Impact Analyses, managementreviews en interne en externe audits. - Je advisee...
