Dit ga je doen bij Movares - Jij borgt de licence to operate van Movares door certificeringen, audits en compliance toekomstbestendig in te richten. - Jij ontwikkelt een vernieuwende visie op kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu die aansluit bij de strategie en groeiambities van Movares. - Jij bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor Raad van Bestuur, directie en management en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar heldere keuzes en concrete resultaten. Als KVM-manager stuur je op twee belangrijke opgaven: het borgen van de licence to operate van Movares én het toekomstbestendig inrichten van het KVM-domein. Je zorgt dat certificeringen, audits en risicobeheersing effectief georganiseerd zijn en ontwikkelt tegelijkertijd een aanpak die aansluit bij de strategie, groei en organisatieontwikkeling van Movares. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met directie, managementteams en marktunits en vertaal je ambities naar concrete verbeteringen met impact op de hele organisatie. Dit ben jij bij Movares Jij bent een strategische en verbindende leider die richting geeft, draagvlak creëert en verandering weet te realiseren. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen directie, management en operatie en weet complexe vraagstukken terug te brengen tot heldere keuzes. Daarbij combineer je visie met executiekracht en verlies je het resultaat nooit uit het oog.
